thank you once again for excellent advice within your forums and entire website.

I was able to open my washer and remove the pump and motor when lo & behold a broken coupler fell out. I will try to locate the replacement tomorrow in town, if unable I will order through your site.

Where are the linked photos? i only got to an MSN site that said they are gone as of Oct. 2008.
Oh well even without pictures I was able to follow the clear instructions.
I will report back when the job is complete.
