Our WPSE5290A0WW GE profile filled up tonight and stopped, nothing else. Can't get it to start. Can move the dial around and the lights change. Unplugged, still nothing. Reset using the dial, nothing...although I can get it to continue to add water with the reset switch. Any ideas what could be the issue? Thanks much in advance.

The lid switch pauses all washer operations excepting water fill, when the lid is raised. The lidswitch cuts power to the D.C. relay coil for the motor. This switch is actuated by a magnet located on the lid.

Excellent, thank you. I performed the test and with the lid closed all the LEDs blink where it looks like they should not blink until I open the lid so it looks like thats the culprit. Love this site.
