 Our front load washer stopped working.  When the start button is pressed it thinks for a couple of minutes and then errors to "ddo"  Help!

 ddo is Dispenser Drawer Open

Check to see if the Dispenser Drawer is open or the small tubular Magnet # 51 is missing

 The magnet was missing.  It was actually on the front of the washer.  I can't seem to find where it goes.  I have the drawer out and apart but the magnets location isn't apparent.
