I hate the day I purchased this piece of junk, but that aside, going on vacation trying to do laundry, go downstairs to get error code F30, it is obvious that the front loading washer will not spin, from the top I can hear a buzzing sound near the top of the washer.  Please help.

DISPENSER SYSTEM ERROR ERREUR DU SYSTÈME DE DISTRIBUTION DE PRODUITS
When the dispenser motor cannot be driven to its proper
position.
1. Unplug washer or disconnect power.
2. Check mechanical linkage from dispenser motor to the top
of the dispenser.
3. Check wire harness connections to the dispenser motor
and Central Control Unit (CCU).
4. Check dispenser motor for powered rotations.

Remove the top by removing three screws at the rear of the lid and sliding the top toward the rear of the washer about 1/4 of an inch before lifting.
hope that helps some.
