The wax motor is of newer design. I gather that the long green nylon line attached to the wax motor /lock mechanism is for manual unlocking ...Yes?
After examining the project and gathering the tools needed (to avoid many trips to the tool chest) approx 25/30 minutes. I already had the back and the front off from previous examination process. Also add 10/15 min to replace covers and put it back into its place of operation. I'm due soon for Knee replacement surgery. This discomfort (getting up/down) is painfully slow, but I managed OK. No extra screws!

Noticed right away the quiet operation ( had to put my hand on unit to verify )as I thought it had stopped rotating.

How do I Contribute to the Samurai's Dojo?

Thanx .....SJG

10-4 on the string.  As long as it is in place you can pull on it to unlock the door if it should jam.  To contribute, just click on the blue link below for your options.  Pay Pall is usually the method of choice.  Click the Pay Pal Icon and your on your way.  Good job at 30 minutes!  We will say 45 if the panels were not off.  You da man!
