I have spent 2 days searching for my problem.  A lot come close, but  always something different.

Washer stopped , will not drain, will not agitate, and will not spin.

Fills will water if you can get it back to the beginning.  Door will unlock if you hold the button for 4 minutes!

For the first time, I forgot to put soap in the dispenser, realized it after it had done it's thing, so started them over.  (Load of Towels) Heavy and wet.  I don't know if that had anything to do with it, but that was the only thing different that I had done.

It is less than 2 years old.

It is a Kenmore Elite HE 4T Smartwash Quiet pack 9.

Model # 110.45088401

Fun Fact to Know and Tell (FFTKAT) about all front loaders: No drain, no spin.

With this FFTKAT firmly planted in our medulla oblongata, your first check will be the pump clean out, as revealed ratcheer. WARNING: if water is still in the drum, bail out first or you'll have one helluva mess on your hands (and floor)!

Do tell.

Okay all water bailed out of drum and rest soaked up with towel.

Now..how do I get the front panel off.  Claw Hammer?  (no sighing!, I can do anything with directions)

Look on the very bottom of the panel and you'll see 1/4" hex screws along the bottom. Remove the screws and pull the panel out bottom first. Piece of pie, tovarish! :hodji:

Post pictures of the gookus you found in there-- can be illustrative for other apprentices reading this topic.

Make sure it's all goodnclean. Reach in an turn the plastic pump impeller with your finger to make sure it moved freely. Then re-assemble and run it.

Yeah!  You are worth so much more than $5!  Thanks!  Even a girl can do it!!!

One last question:  The black thing that sits under the door and in front of the white tub has a hair line crack in it.  Is this something I should be concerned about?

Thanks

I think Sublime Master Reg meant for you to post a pic of the thing you had a question about in your previous post:
