PLease help...our washer is about 7 years old and has worked like a dream until last week. It's been getting stuck at the Rinse cycle. I was mostly getting an out of balance error so I would rebalance the load and it would start rinsing all over again. Rinsing was taking forever (+30 min) it's like the water is running constantly but nothing is building up in the tub. The same thing is happening during spin cycle. It fills with water and then it starts to spin...sounds like it's going to go all the way and then it stops and starts adding more water. Also, was getting suds build up error which is odd because I put barely a teaspoon of soap in machine.
We flipped the puppy over this morning and looked at possible culprits (Diverter valve and pump hose being blocked) and they visually looked fine, nothing built up inside. So we put it all back together and gave it another go. We did drain pump test and that worked as it should. It wasn't before...water just going in nothing coming out.
Attempted to do a load and the darned thing got stuck on rinse again with the out of balance error. New problem surfaced with water leaking out the bottom. Decided to get out a level and shim up the machine as it wasn't quite level. Now the machine will go through the whole cycle but the clothes are soaking wet and there's a small puddle of water in the machine tub and on the floor as well. Still no error codes coming up.
Any help would be much appreciated. One thing else, I did realize that our lint catcher was pretty old and full so I changed that yesterday. Maybe there's lint backed up somewhere. Could it be in the drain tube going to the sink? Water does drain out but more of a trickle than gushing. Thanks!

I already have the owners manual and the diagnostic sheet from under the panel. Is there anything else like a repair manual? If so then send it. Thanks!

| Check the whole drain path: tub outlet to pump, pump, pump to DV hose, DV, drain hose. Bet you'll find something there. Is the OOB switch stuck closed? I've replaced a lot of them.

| Looks like it's the Diverter Valve. Ordered it today will let you and the other appliance gurus know the outcome. Thanks for your advice.
