During or after the spin cycle, I opened the top of the washer to check a garment, and now the screen message says "Notice!  A problem has been detected with this unit."  I have unplugged the unit and reconnected it and turned the power off and on again using the power button.  I am unable to access any other screen . . . . only the error message listed above is displayed.  On another website, I learned that the solution is posted here on Samurai's Problem Forum, but I'm unable to find it.  Please help!  Thanks.

There is a beep and the screen message persists (Notice! - A problem has been detected with this unit).

Same thing with the HELP button?

Leave the unit unplugged for a minute or two then plug in, press the POWER button and tell me what you see if it is anything different than what you already described.

Yes, same response when the Help button is pressed.  I unplugged for a few minutes, re-inserted the power plug, and pressed the Power button.  The washer persists with the same error message.  Thanks for your suggestions.

About the only thing I can think of to move past this is to swap out the console with the dryer to see if something is sticking in the keypads. The consoles are designed to be interchanged depending on the washer/dryer being right or left of the other. Is this something you think you could do? I believe the instructions are in the users manual.

Other than that I can only suggest leaving the unit unplugged for some time, possibly moisture has gotten in the keypad console.

Thank you for these suggestions.  For now, we have the washer unplugged and will give it time.

Our washer is only 2 months old (!), and my husband is concerned that we may void our warranty if we swap out the consoles.  I was hoping for some "magic button" that would re-boot the washer's computer system.

If you have any additional ideas for solving this problem, please forward them our way.  I'll check in.

Thanks again.

This error means "Pressure Sensor"..the signal from the pressure sensor is below the acceptable range.....Suggesting you call for warranty service, please do not mess with the washer as you fear, you might void some warranty since it is only 2 months old??

This also means "Motor not rotating properly"   or "clutch"  or "basket does not break fast enough" or "broken clutch coupling"   as you can see this can be casused by several things, call for service.....
