masters- i need service manual for this fridge for further trouble shooting. heater looks burnt but has 21.9 ohms, board replaced that's what told to be the problem only thing left is the stat nc or no?

That unit has a "high limit" defrost thermostat (NC) And a defrost thermistor. Did the unit have a defrost issue?

yes- things are so much easier when you have a tech sheet. but i defrosted it manually and the fridge is still warm damper opens , fan comes on?????
