Hi, Does anyone have a service/repair manual for Sharp CV-P12LX portable a/c? I just need to remove rear cover as something is rattling constantly with a/c on. I removed all screws, but can't get rear cover off. Thanks. Dave

Those rear blower wheels are notorious for coming loose, to remove the rear panel, you need to also remove the side panels and there is one screw at the top which goes into the rear panel from the front (6-19 on illustration), they're a bitch to disassemble, make sure you treat the blower wheel setscew to a liberal dose of locktite and retighten

Thanks kdog, got the covers off, but not sure how the blower assembly comes out. I removed all the screws, but it does not seem like it wants to come out.

Don't take the blower out- try sliding the wheel back and forth to see if the set srew(bolt) has come loose, it should tighten down to a flat spot on the shaft, if I recall, it is a 10mm bolt, if you have a ratcheting boxwrench, you can squeeze it in there

I tried it. It wasn't loose. Put the whole mess back together, and so far no rattling. However, I have 3 extra screws! Thanks for your help.
