 I put in new contrel board. furnace now lights. but only for 15 sec and then the burners go off.    On the board  where the code light is it stays green  I have all low voltage in the right places.  all safty controls test out to be ok. any one have any suggestions besides changing  out the furnace

The furnace lights and then the sensor confirms ignition. If the sensor does not FEEL the heat then the brain will shut down the gas for fear of non-ignition. I would start by cleaning the sensor or just replacing the sensor. The furnace is also going to need a good burner ground. So make sure all of your connections are tight and corrosion free.
