Ok, looks like a relay fried on my circuit board and also looks like the damage is to the board only. I'm wondering if I should check or replace anything else other than the circuit board.  All help is appreciated. Thanks.

Looks like a meltdown of the blower relaly, common failure but not usually that bad of a meltdown. Make sure when mounting the new board that the plastic standoffs are keeping the back of the board away from the control box.

Check the blower motor bearings, capacitor, and wiring. Once it is running check the amperage. Probaly will only require a few new terminal ends and you should be in business.
