the class action settlement was for 15 million, 5 mil going to the lawyers.Sears appealed, never heard what the final figure ended up being. I got a check for 1200 last week. That is about 3 months worth of what they cheated me out of. Lying cheating weasels, all...Unless you are desperate for work or credibility, avoid these folks at all cost.Thats my .02 :poison:

My check only amounted to $117.00 for one year of service.

I am still waiting for a check from Maytag for the same kind of Class Action lawsuit.
