The broiler element came on by itself while cooking and won't
turn off. Had to turn off power at circuit breaker. Tried resetting but everytime power is restored the broiler element
comes back on. Help.:yikes:

Looking at the schematic on your TECH SHEET I would be checking to see if the broil relay is stuck, feeding voltage to the element when the range is off...see if you have voltage to the broil element with your volt meter with the unit plugged in and the oven off....also see if the element is grounded to the frame of the range or a bare wire touching somewhere feeding power to the coil...This range is made by Whirlpool..........

Another check would be to unplug the range and then use your meter to see if the bake relay contacts are closed (they should be open). If they are, then the relay is bad. To check, ohm out from P1-4 (BK) to P1-1 (BU) and P1-2 (R). Help making electrical measurements here: http://fixitnow.com/2004/12/appliance-repair-revelation-making.htm
