THIS SERVICE POINTER APPLIES TO THE FOLLOWING BRANDS: Whirlpool and KitchenAid:
4322495 December, 1998 ALL WHIRLPOOL FREESTANDING ELECTRIC AND GAS RANGES with Motorized Self-Clean Door Latch Mechanism (STARTING WITH CODE DATE RH20) CAUSE: COMPLAINT: Cannot close the oven door completely because the selfclean latch mechanism interferes with it. When the self-clean cycle is selected, the motor will take about 6 seconds to completely lock the door. If a customer pulls the door open before the latch arm can lock it, the latch mechanism will be extended and interfere with closing the door. After 60 seconds the self-clean cycle will terminate and an error code (E0 F5) will appear. CORRECTION: Follow the instructions to unlock the latch and properly close the door: l Press CANCEL to erase the error code.l Depress and hold down the DOOR LIGHT SWITCHplunger (located on the front frame of the oven). l Press CLEAN (not START). Latch will unlock in about6 seconds The service pointer from Whirlpool...

This is a Whirlpool range, the tech sheet did not give any codes or diagnostics, this is all I have been able to find but is not for the Y line, but since this is a Kenmore badged unit with a Sears model number have no way to know if this pertains to your range or not. Need to get to your tech sheet that is locked inside of your range somewhere... F0 - E0 Analog to Digital Failure Disconnect for 30 seconds - if display re-appears - replace control
