Can anyone tell me if it's acceptable for fogging to occur on a dual pane oven door while cooking? The particular brand is GE profile. It's a double oven. I don't know if this has been happening since new, or if it's gotten worse. I thought the glass would be sealed and filled with gas so that this wouldn't happen.

Yes, it will fog up some. The glass isn't sealed perfectly tight, so some moist air can get in. Also, be careful when you wash the oven door and glass. If your cloth is too wet, water can get inside the door and leave visible streaks inside the glass.
