Fins? There doesn't seem to be anything accessible, the end of the motor can't be grabbed.

Here's a crappy photo, but there's only this motor, and the plastic housing ahead of it. There's nothing that will turn.

Here's a better picture:



The fan is right behind the front, silver-colored cone on the pump/motor assembly. Reach in and turn them with your fingers then run the dishwasher.
