I had the broken clip/prism problem with my DD603 which caused the top drawer to stop mid cycle. I fixed this issue and all was working fine...... But now the top drawer stops at minute 35-36 and shows no error codes. I press start and it picks up where it left off and finishes the cycle. So far, it has only done this when both top and bottom run at the same time. What else could have gone bad? Heater plate? Controller? How to diagnose if no error codes? thank you, wise members of this board!

update-I took the front panel off (again). My Gorilla tape is holding strong, but now the top clip on the controller is broken. The plastic is almost brittle. I re-positioned and re-secured everything so lets see what happens.. strange that it has stopped twice now, and it was at minute 35-36 each time. could this be anything else? this will be my last fisher/paykel product for sure!

update yet again-this time it stopped at minute 107 (on a reg 115 min normal cycle). only the top drawer was on. no error codes. I unlocked the key pad and pressed start and it fired right up again. I'm thinking the controller is the problem. how to confirm?
