OK, I have completely taken apart the inside of this dishwasher and cleaned everything I could find...YUCK it was a grasshopper mess. As I am testing my apprentice work...low and behold there is a leak at the bottom of the float valve. The racks are not in the machine as this test is being done (mainly to help clean up the inside and make sure the arms aren't getting clogged again. I did add detergent...could it be the suds that are causing it to drip out the bottom of the float valve? I tried adjusting the screw at the bottom of the plastic shaft but ended up putting it back at its original position. Thanks for the help...grasshopper is ready to learn.

With the lower rack out you have out the lower spray tower (attached to the rack) which could cause the leak. A split lower wash arm could cause as well if spraying out the seam as well as too much water entering. Start by getting your racks back in and then we can go from there.
