Hi, This dishwasher fills fine and drains fine, but when it should be washing I hear the motor running, but the water just dribbles out of the lower spray arm. No pressure. I know replacing the motor/pump assy will handle it, but is there also a fix for this problem? Thanks in advance, Bruce in L.A.

check the chopper assemlby in the pump. if it fails the screen will clog and prevent the pump from spraying properly.
