I have 13.3v on red and white wire pink and white is 3.74 v is it the board or the fan? I called up for parts please get back as soon as you can. Thank you

Thank youWith fan disconnected I get 13.40v pink and white red and white is 13.48v the first measurements I posted were with the fan connected. It shows 3.74v pink and white with fan connected and 13.3v red and white.

I don't have the wiring diagram in front of me at the moment, but It may be that the Fan Pink Wire is (somewhat) shorted, drawing the voltage down. Check the resistance of the Pink Wire terminal. If the Fan is bad, it may have also taken out the MotherBoard .... ALSO, depending on the first (2) charachters of the serial number, there may be a service bulletin on the MotherBoard & Fan

Hi your asking me to check resistance at motherboard pink wire terminal? Wiring from motherboard to fan is good also powered up fan on a 12v 500 ma supply fan did not come on tried a 9 volt battery same thing not spinning at all. Serial no is LH

Hi I tested the fan she spins, so my question is if put a new board in should I put a new fan in aswell . I dont want the old fan taking out the new board. thank you

check the resistance of the Fan's pink wire terminal to see if the Fan is shorted ... causing the MotherBoard failure...

I have the fan here and there is no pink wire on it there is blue,red,yellow,white and the fan spins using a 9v battery. blue and white is 020 ohms yellow and red read 000, white and yellow 282 ohms,blue and yellow 308,colors change from board to fan i will need to know what pink wire changes to on fan connector. Thank you
