Made quite a mess, but I watched the spray arms. Top and middle sprayers rotate fine, but the bottom one is not moving.

It also feels tighter, when spun by hand.

Any ideas?

Ok, I got the spray arm turning once I figured out how to take it apart. It is purely water pressure driven.

There was hard water scale clogging the outermost nozzles. Once I got that clear it seemed to turn much better. There was also quite a buildup of scale at the pivot point, so I cleaned that up as well.
