My new house has a GE Profile side-by-side refrigerator (mid 1990's) that has some issues and will no doubt have more as time goes on. The model is TFX24PRXB. I enjoy tinkering with fixing appliances but get frustrated without a manual. If anyone has access to a service manual, I would really appreciate having one. Thanks very much.

The ice maker isn't working and there is no water going to the door dispenser. When I moved-into the house last week, there were frozen cubes in the tray which I defrosted and removed thinking they might be stuck (house had been empty for a month). The water line seems fine and the valve is on. The ice cube lever is in the "on" position. I've seen the ice cube mechanism move a bit here-and-there so it seems to be getting power. Thanks for any ideas on what might be wrong.

Yah sounds like a bad valve to me. Verify that the door switch works first though, open the doors, manually depress swtiches and see if lights go out.
