Need some guidance on a 680/F Sub Zero refrigerator. This has the ice dispenser in the fresh food door. The ice chute in between the freezer & fresh food side that houses the mullion chute door is cracking & has a small burn mark on it (not preventing ice build up). It looks like it could possibly be replaced but i can not find the part on a parts look up & i suppose there could be a repair kit for this. Any info on this could be helpful.

whutup bimbo! just ran across this exact issue last week and could not find it on the breakdown either. called SZ and they told me it was 4203810- havn't got yet but i did look at the instruction sheet and it looks like what we need. lots o luck! oh yeah, also there is a redundant heater built in to the factory mullion: open the control area and find the unused plug coming out of the center wall- if it ohms good simply exchange it with the bad heater at the plug...both of the heaters on mine were fubar Last edited on Mon Oct 11th, 2010 09:56 pm by KurtiusInterupptus ____________________ As every cockroach knows , thriving on poisons is the secret of success. |
