Hey everyone, I have a Jenn Air W276B wall mount oven that is pre-heating to whatever i want, but as soon as i enter a cook time or as soon as it's done pre-heating; it shuts off and resets. I can select a cook temperature or pre-heat again, but as soon as it reaches the desired temp, it resets and turns off. I know this can be a few different things, so i was wondering if anyone had heard of this so i might be able to find a place to start diagnosing. Thanks for any advice

Start by having a look at the control board and Relay Board. Check all connections closely. Also cant find that exact model...I have a W276 and W276W

Thanks. Yea, B might not be the last letter. It's hard to read.

Budget Appliance Repair is correct; the "B" or "W" stand for "Black" or "White". That's an oldie...you may have some issues getting parts...good luck!

I'm getting continuity through the relays when Bake is selected, but they only stay closed for about 3 sec, then the stove resets and shuts off. There's a small black spot on the ERC where it looks like there was a short, but all solder connections and components still look good. My money is on the ERC. A bad relay wouldn't close and then open 3 sec later, would it?

There isn't really much as far as electronics go on the relay board in that unit, and it is very seldom the problem. Your range controller is what is failing, pretty common to see one do what you're seeing.
