My dishwasher's Clean light has been blinking and will not complete a cycle. After searching online, I have found that by performing the reset sequence many users have had success - I have not. While the reset allows the dishwasher to reset and start a wash, it doesnt complete the cycle. I have also found by reading online that a few items that could be causing the problem are the heater element and the thermostat - both of which i have replaced and I still cant get the dishwasher to complete a full wash/dry cycle - it stops part of the way through and begins to flash the clean light. So it brings me to ask a few questions: how can i properly diagnose the problem so that i can repair it? does anyone have any other suggestions as to what it could be? I am reluctant to call a repairman at this point since the 2 initial 'rapairs' ( heating element and thermostat) were pretty easy to replace myself. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Most of the time, this problem is related to poor or no water circulation: gookus in the pump or mascerator, jammed mascerator, or fried wash motor bearings (very common):
