I have a Samsung rs2545sh. I have checked the codes and there were 5 codes store. The codes were comp (8), f-fan high (9), dispenser heater (14), c-fan high (12), r-fan high or a/c motor operate (1). More of this code has to do with the high fan but im not sure which high fan it’s talking about. The problem I notice with the refrigerator is that the water and ice maker stop working and the upper freezer side is not working. The freezer side temp. Now is at 70degree.

Is the evaporator coil in the freezer frosted up? One indication may be fuzzy ice on the inside freezer wall. I know they've had problems with the thermistors in these units which causes temperature control problems. All the thermistor resistances should be the same. The best thing to do is put the unit into service mode and run diagnostics. There's a tech sheet supplied with your fridge with details. I also have a service manual for a model close to yours but not your exact model-- should all be the same info, though.
