I am the original purchaser, and I know I registered the product and even have an open case since this has happened in the past not long after buying the fridge.

I'm going to call and find out why they did not mail service kit to me.

WOW!

I called Fridgidaire, and because they saw my documented case that I suspected a long time ago something wasn't right with how often this compressor ran they are shipping my service center (place of purchase) the parts to repair for "free". All I am responsible for was the intial visit charge, which in the end was right, I do need the board.

Wonder how much additional electric $$ I was using with the compressor constantly running and the additional defrost cycles with it trying to keep up......oh well I guess.

Thank you so much for your help. Now my next post on a Maytag dishwasher issue.

Hopefully it's a part I can buy from you guys!!
