GREETINGS:

Our 59F-5TXW oven recently began malfunctioning. I replaced the thermocouple and the oven worked briefly. Then the oven would simply not turn on at all after accepting temperature input. Repair services were called, and we were informed that the part that needed to be replaced, PN#7601P177-60, the clock/relay control part, was obsolete and no longer available. I have looked on numerous websites and seen parts that look like they may be appropriate, and have been told by an on-line "appliance repair hotline" that there is a part that will replace this obsolete part, but it doesn't look quite the same. How would I go about getting this part? Alternatively, is there a schematic for the oven available? I have done some microcontroller programming and may resort to building my own circuitboard. I would prefer to avoid that if possible, however.

Does anyone have a service manual or a schematic for the 59F-5TXW? My board was repaired in good order by fixyourboard.com, in time for Thanksgiving. But I'd still like to have some literature.

Unit was made in 1991, I don't believe they made specific manuals back then.  They usually made generic product line books that covered a few models.  Basic tear down and generalized schematics.
