Nothing on the top rack is getting cleaned at all, like water is not spraying up there at all. The bottom rack is suffering some reduced level of cleaning but not nearly as bad as the top rack, water is definately spraying out of the bottom washer arm. I have cleaned the screens and filters, it does fill with water up to the heating element and the water does get hot. I have checked and the top washer arm is not clogged. It looks to me like the water supply tube to the top washer arm does connect well to the water supply at the back of the washer. I have also checked this for a clog and found nothing. Based on that, can you give me any suggestions as to why the top rack is not cleaning? Or do you have any additional questions?

This usually occurs from the pump being blocked up with goodies(various food leavin's, seeds, pits, labels etc) by reducing the flow that the pump is able to achieve. It must be dismantled and thoroughly cleaned. Also make sure that the rear water path is o.k. - attention to parts 3 and 9 on the above illustration. After this point, make it a habit of scraping food from dishes into garbage and rinsing dishes off. One can run some GLISTEN through the machine periodically

I have removed the Drain Pump. It appears clean and so does the hole that it goes in. The Sump Check Valve does freely move. The chopper blade rotates easily and the rear water path is clear, including parts 3 & 9. What should I check next?

Based on the description of the problem, does it seem possible that the motor is bad? I have pulled the motor and have tested with an ohm meter. It shows infinite resistance when I test the ground to the other tabs on the connector. Is it true that this should show connection with some (3-15 ohm) resistance? There is no resistance between the other tabs.
