Hello, On our 2 year old GE Profile Dishwasher the heat will not shut off...it started last night and we have to keep the door open...any ideas?... Thank you... Model #: PDW988OLOOSS

Sounds like a stuck relay in the control module. With power off & J2 molex connector disconnected at board test from J2-3/4 to J1-3 on the board... if you have continuity relay is bad. Then test the element, should be 17 ohms. Control Module has a 5-year warranty click on pic ![]()
