I have an Arctica PSC23NSTA s/n FL439828. Built in fridge temp reading was erratic, trending warmer over a few days. Set a secondary thermometer and confirmed displayed temp was inaccurate by as much as 10 degrees f. Ran diagnostics, 0 3 failed, all others passed. Pulled freezer panel and found normal frost.

Are there any further troubleshooting steps I should take? If not, what exactly do I need to replace?

Check the thermistor resistances in both the freezer and the beer compts. See the attachment for resistance values.

Thanks, I'll give that a try.  The "jelly roll" condenser is covered with dust, but most of it isn't accessible for cleaning.  Any tips?

Good observation! A condenser packed with fuzzy gookus will cause erratic temps, fer sher. I don't know what brainiac designed these things but they are a next to impossible to clean in any normal way. The most effective, and also most inconvenient method to clean these is to blow them out with compressed air. The refrigerator should be moved outside the house before doing this.

Vapco (and others) make a water-based, non-rinsing Foaming Cooling Coil Cleaner.
