It was disconnected for a few weeks to have my kitchen updated and now that it's connected the door lets out a loud squeak when opening.  Is it just a matter of applying silicon spray or something more involved?

Thanks.

Do you know if it's covered under their warranty?

No clue since it was caused by your re-modeling dust, guess call either WP or an authorized service company with your model/serial numbers taken off of the tag on the DW itself, and date of purchase...the warrany times will be in your use and care book that came with the unit.

Thanks for the info.  It was actually placed outside under a tarp so I don't see how the dust could have effected it.
