Hopefully a simple problem...

The gas burners on my Jenn Air have undersirably low flame levels, like not above simmer on 3 burners. The only one that has a higher flame has (I think) a hand made orifice hood. Not made by me...Bootleg parts on gas burners make me nervous.

This range was purchased used and I've been refurbing it as I find issues.
It has 2 new gas burner cartridges and some new valves.
I think it is a hood orifice issue because I can switch those parts around, or switch the cartridge and the problem follows the orifice hoods.

Can anyone tell me what the correct part # would be for replacing these? And how many I need to order if only 1 comes in a bag. The only thing I can find is this:

895458 Lp conversion kit

It looks like it contains a brass and a zinc hood (zinc being for LP) but its unclear. I am using natural gas.

Thanks for the help!
