The top drawer of my (or let's say wife's) dishwasher is jammed. I had a cursory look and it appears that there is a top lid that is not in the correct position. I am not sure how to open this thing up to check out from whence the trouble lies!
Can anyone supply me a service manual for the DD603 that might give me some guidance, or offer any advice?
Thanks.

Further to spending more time on my back under the top drawer, it appears that the drawer doesn't open as the power is off on that drawer. The bottom drawer is on and operates correctly.
Changed the two controllers around, and the bottom still works and the top doesn't, so no problem with the controller.
The power supply appears OK, but can't easily get to the back to check. Gut tells me there is a problem with the control button module, but can't figure how to get that out to check it.
Hopefully someone comes up with a service manual - it is Sunday after all - can't expect any "normal" person to be reading these threads today...

I've just stumbled across this awesome site...
I too am having problems with my F&P DD603 on Mothers Day. Ironic, but better than Fathers Day, I guess. After a quick inspection it appears the wiring harness at back of top drawer has snapped in two and one end is getting jammed under the drawer. I think I've found a replacement part on eBay for $9.99. Not bad in my books...
I've had the hair dryer on the circuit panel on the bottom more often than I care to remember in recent months... so that service manual does sound appealing; any chance I could get a copy of it as well?
