I am pretty sure my ignitor is bad and I am handy with this kind of stuff BUT:

how do I get to the freaking igniter?  My user manual says you can't remove the oven bottom panel if you have the convection model, which I do.  The bottom is somewhat loose and there are some weird little tabs sticking up in the back two corners but I can't get the cursed thing loose.  Am ready to cut the little tabs off and let gravity hold my oven bottom down.

RegUSPatOff, you are the best!  What was throwing me was the need to remove the convection fan cover.  I can get right to it now and have ordered the part.

Best, Chandler
