Hi, This is an electric stove/oven with the sealed glass burner top and electronic controls for the oven and timer. It is self cleaning.It is only a few years old. The burner top part works fine. Each burner has its own seperate knob and they all work fine. the problem is the stove. It was working fine. Then one day my wife went to use it and instead of just warming up to the set temperature it stayed on and the whole oven got super hot. So hot that it lit up the sensors on the top that indicate if a burner is still hot. There is no temperature regulation. It just stays on and doesnt cycle on and off to maintain any temperature. Also Ive noticed that the buttons on the digital display dont make a beeping noise anymore when depressed. Is there a seperate thermostat or is the whole thing one unit buit into the digital display part. I have no problem replacing the unit if its the problem. I dont want to replace the $150 part to find out that it wasnt the problem. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks. model # RF368LXKQ George
