Hello, I have a Dacor sgg365 countertop range, and when the knob is turned, the igniter starts clicking, the fire is lit, and the igniter continues clicking for a minute or two. I have found a solution on repairclinic.com, but now I need to get access to the switches. Although the bottom of the unit is accessible if I remove some drawers, the metal panels are rivetted in place. The glasss piece resting on the countertop is well secured, and attempts to remove it might result in breakage. It looks like access could be gained through the burners, but I suspect that I need a special wrench to remove the burner head and the drip pan. Any thoughts? The problem is not bad enough to warrant an authorized rep visit. The manufacturer has provided me with some cleaning tips, but liability issues prevents them from being more helpful. Thanks. Steve

Is this in warranty???? if so let them do the work, they made the unit and need to make it work properly. No sense in you doing this and breaking something. Watch how they take it apart so you know how next time.....

"authorized rep visit " Sorry, guess I read it wrong. I do not know this brand, so we will wait for some one who does....
