I have searched the internet for a manual for my DD603 dishwasher.  I cannot get into diagnostic mode.  I did once and all the lights came on, but it did not do much more than that.  Does anyone out there know where to get a manual online or buy a manual?

Thanks....

Bob

Send me a PM with your email and I'll email the manual as a pdf. Not much use getting it into diagnostic mode unless you know what to do once it's there.

I have a Fisher Paykel DD603I dish drawer(s) and I am looking for the service manual.  Does anyone have it in a form that can be emailed?

my email is john@airtoxenviro.com

Any help would be awesome.

Thanks,

John

Hi,

I'm in a similar position.

I have a  F & P double drawer DD603 also. The top drawer just completely died, the bottom drawer works perfectly.

I am a retired electronic service technician and have repaired everything from TV sets to Toasters, but being lazy and involved in a car restotation I called F & P and they sent out a Service Tech.

Unfortunately I was not home, but he told my wife that the heater had burnt out and also two or more circuit boards and the cost would be around $800.

Frankly, I didn't believe him, so I got to work and removed the front panel. He had not even replugged any of the plugs he had removed, and I could see nothing obviously wrong.

Anyway, I intend to attempt a repair myself and desparately need a service manual, or at least a schematic for it. I'm even willing to pay for it!

Any help would be appreciated.

My email is medicash@medicash2.com

Regards,

Lewis

I could sure use a DD603 service manual PDF myself.   I am a new member and my email address is [deleted]  Thanks in advance.

All of a sudden the F1 code is flashing on both drawers and the pumps are noisily grinding away.

Maybe it's just plugged hoses or some backup caused by the garbage disposal, but I've located other parts by searching on F1 code and have located what seem to be the "usual suspects" -- with 2 drawers do I need 2 kit retorofit links supports? :yikes:
Items

    Qty:  Price: $
    528625PValve flap (pkt 2) Qty: 1 Price: $3.99 528437Kit retrofit link support Qty: 2 Price: $39.98
Earlier today I could have gotten them Friday via Sears parts by paying $23 for expedited shipping but now it says Monday for the expedited and Tuesday for the $11 standard shipping.

I'm about to pull out the lower drawer and get busy with the hair drier after checking to see if the hose(s) are plugged.   Maybe things will look obvious when I get the drawer out but the service manual sure would be nice to have.

Thanks in advance, J S Henson

Is this manual you speak of above and beyond the literature that comes with

the DD603 machine?  I've been getting an intermittant dry F1 error, both tubs.

I'm a sick bastard, I actually enjoy working on this unit...until now.  All I can think

of is that the chassis PCB is so sensitive it's responding to humidity.  I've already take the board out and cleaned up one corroded solder joints and trace.  It worked again for 5 days....then... the :yikes:DREADED F1:yikes: returned.

Of course, for no 'valid' reason.

AccApp,

You've got lots of request for them, heres one more for ya.  Could you send me the service manual for a dd603(i)?  the button that controls the type of cycle has corroded.  I was hoping to find a way to fix intead of replacing the module (DD3P5 526842114496).  If I can't fix it, would it be best to go to my local F&P dealer to purchase or is there a way to purchase this online or through F&P.

Thank You much for your help!

Have a DD603i which is performing an interesting light show flashing red/yellow/green on play/pause and red on lock. None of my manuals describe this scenario. I would appreciate getting the manuals described.
