The water dispenser was taking longer and longer to start its flow.  It now does not work at all.  I can here the mechanism trying to work but the flow will not start.  The ice maker still works fine.  It seems the solenoid for the water dispenser valve is stuck.  How can I fix this?  Where is the valve?

Filter has been changed.  I do hear a hum.  I will check the solenoid in the back and the supply line.  Thanks.
